ABOUT Danielle McDuffy

Danielle McDuffy has a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management and a Masters in Advanced Clinical Social Work. With several years of experience working in the hospital setting, Danielle has quickly learned how impactful mental illness was on the physical health of her patients. Those experiences also reminded her of close relatives that she saw struggling while growing up and they didn't have the proper treatment or care. This experience and recollection peaked her interest in learning more about mental health and it's impact on the overall wellbeing. Therefore, she furthered her education and placed her focus on mental health. She has worked with individuals challenged with a wide range of mental illnesses, majority being anxiety and depression. Danielle is an intuitive listener, empathetic, driven, and passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to improving the quality of life. Danielle's experience includes Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), positive speaking, goal setting, and coping strategies. Danielle utilizes her experience and skillset to promote mental wellness and advocate for awareness and resources.
