ABOUT Daniela A. Branson

Daniela Branson holds a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. As a graduate of psychology during the pandemic, Daniela has first-hand knowledge of the impact of unresolved mental health issues. Witnessing classmates endure depression, anxiety, hopelessness, negative self-perceptions, and more is what sparked her interest in a mental health career. Daniela's experience includes counseling with Crisis Text line, she guided clients through various coping skills, including, re-framing, goal- setting, positive visualization, and more. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) was used daily with clients to aid in developing mental skills and coping techniques. Daniela is passionate about utilizing her education to promote mental health education and wellness. In her free time, she enjoys vegan cooking and baking, being in nature, laughing with friends, doing colorful makeup looks, reading, and meditation.
