Crystal holds a BS in Counseling from Tennessee State University and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Lewis University.

With over 20 years in non-profit management and expertise in working with diverse populations, Crystal knows what it truly means to be a community servant. How well you connect with the heart-beating people you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding to those is vital in making the match!

A proud Veteran of the armed forces, Crystal’s background includes working with youth, adults, and people from all walks of life as they navigate their journey. Crystal also has over 20 years’ experience working in the disability field—an area she is most passionate about.

Crystal believes that every day is another day to make a difference in the communities where we live.

In her free time, she enjoys travel, community service and advancing causes for people with disabilities and Veterans. Crystal resides in Chicago and is inspired daily by her husband and daughter.
