Courtney Cobbs is a Houston Baptist University graduate with a Master of Arts in Counseling specializing in Marriage and Family. Courtney has experience working with children, teens, and adults to assist them in the difficulties life brings. In addition, Courtney specializes in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, attachment issues, and victims of domestic abuse and/or sexual assault. Some of the methods Courtney uses are holistic therapy, body-awareness, trauma-informed, person-centered, mindfulness, CBT, and Lifespan Therapy. During her off-hours, Courtney enjoys volleyball, yoga, photography, hiking, music, poetry, and spending time with loved ones. Courtney is very much looking forward to walking alongside you as a partner in your journey to wholeness, healing, and freedom.
