Christina Moon holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and is passionate about promoting mental health and wellness to others. Life experiences including being in the foster care system as a minor, has taught Christina the importance of appropriate mental health treatment. Understanding the devastating impact that depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health diagnosis has on the lives of people who live with them is what sparked Christina’s interest in the field of mental health. Christina’s experience in the mental health field includes utilizing a variety of mental health tools such as: mindfulness meditation, visualization, re-framing, journaling, and positive self-talk. In her free time Christina enjoys painting, working out, coloring, playing piano, cooking and enjoys listening to all genres of music!
