ABOUT Charlotte Lurch-Winston

Charlotte Lurch-Winston holds a Master of Clinical Social Work from Saint Leo University. Witnessing her clients endure anxiety, depression, and negative thought perceptions is what sparked her interest in the education of mental health. Some of her experience includes working with children and families, individuals with chronic health conditions, as well those suffering from a work-related injury. She utilizes various mental health skills, including mindfulness, positive self-talk, and goal setting. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT) daily to aide in coping mechanisms. Charlotte strives to utilize her education and experience to promote mental health and well-being. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, and reading.
