ABOUT Brittany Mullan

Brittany holds a Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies, and is currently a Marriage Family Therapy trainee. Brittany’s passion for mental health emerged growing up with her own personal struggles, as well as witnessing struggles her family experienced with addiction, depression, and anxiety. Brittany has experience with Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Self-compassion, Stress Reduction, and Somatic modalities with both individuals and in a group setting. Brittany believes that quality mental health is a human right and that everyone deserves to have the space to share their stories. Brittany’s favorite self-care activities include reading, hiking, yoga, spending time with loved ones, knitting, and cuddling with her cats Gandalf and Koda.
