Breonna Wright has studied Psychology in both her Bachelors degree program at Millersville University and her Masters degree program at Northcentral University.
She specializes in working with people from diverse backgrounds and does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Breonna’s experience includes counseling others to utilize various coping skills such as goal setting, reframing, positive self-talk, deep breathing, and mindfulness activities, amongst many others. She pulls from a multitude of different techniques to provide customized, unique care tailored to each individual including, but not limited to, trauma focused counseling, CBT & DBT techniques, group counseling, substance abuse counseling and family counseling.
Breonna strives to utilize her education to promote positive mental health and resiliency amongst others.
In her free time, she enjoys painting, sketching, reading books, traveling, listening to podcasts, shopping, going to sporting events and spending time with her husband and two sons.
