ABOUT BreAnna Clounch

BreAnna Clounch holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of North Alabama. BreAnna has experience working with adults ranging from the ages of 18-65 years old who have struggled with depression, anxiety, self esteem and confidence, relationship issues, stress management, career difficulties, and coping with life changes. BreAnna believes that using the cognitive-behavioral therapy approach is very beneficial, because it allows the client to take their overwhelming problems and break them down into smaller parts with a more positive outlook when finding solutions. BreAnna strives to utilize her skills and knowledge to help others better understand their mental health, build self esteem, strengthen coping techniques, and improve the overall quality and well-being of one's life. In her free time, BreAnna enjoys cooking (or at least learning how to cook) and on Saturdays in the fall you can most likely catch her watching college football!
