Biljana Espero earned her Master’s degree in Human Services and is currently enrolled in the Master’s of Social Work at Arizona State University. She has been in the mental health and human services field since 2016. Her experience includes working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting challenges, addiction, trauma, and major life stressors. Biljana is a Care Counselor who believes that to have a successful outcome in counseling, it is important to build strong rapport between the client and the counselor. Once the foundation is established, Biljana will use one of several therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. She believes in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. She is known for being a good listener. In her free time, she likes to exercise, hike, cook, and bake.
