Betti-jo Townsend is a Master Social Worker and holds a Master Degree in Social Service Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Betti-jo's experience includes working with groups and individuals using visualization, breathing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help teach others how to reduce stress and anxiety and change thinking to handle every day and extraordinary issues. Teaching goal setting and organization of thought has been useful for relieving tension and helping to slow down for sleep for people with insomnia. Betti-jo uses her skills and education to help promote mental health awareness and wellness. In her spare time, she loves to watch movies, spend time with family and friends, and travel.
