Ashley has a Master’s in Counseling/Psychology from the University of West Alabama. Ashley has had a spark for the mental health field since she was younger having to care for family members with mental health issues. Ashley’s experience involves using visualization, meditation, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), positive self-talk, and goal setting to help clients find effective and therapeutic coping methods. Ashley strives to become a piece of the puzzle in creating a path to promote mental health and wellness. In her spare time enjoys reading, singing and cooking in her spare time. She loves meeting open minded people and learning new things.
