Amy Kechedjian holds a Master's Degree in Science with a specialization in Counseling: Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Education from California State University Northridge.
Amy has approximately 12 years of experience working with clients in various healthcare settings and mental health facilities. Amy has worked with clients of diverse ages, backgrounds, orientations and belief systems. Amy specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and mindfulness based techniques to reduce levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Amy is passionate about providing accessible mental healthcare for all.
Amy strives to utilize her professional and personal experiences to promote emotional and physical wellness. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, singing, dancing and spending quality time with family!
