Amy Olson holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Liberty University. As a military spouse, Amy understands the common challenges related to military life that ultimately impact our mental health. Her values and beliefs about the importance of mental healthcare have developed over the years of working in various positions within the mental health field. As a case manager, she gained the importance of flexibility, empathy, and advocacy. Amy’s experience includes providing professional counseling services to adults and adolescents. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) daily with clients to aid in coping mechanisms. In her free time, Amy enjoys being in nature; beach, camping, walks, exercising, watching sports, and binge watching her favorite TV shows.
