Amy Malloy holds a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Eastern University. She is highly proficient in crisis intervention and mental health case management and has experience counseling Soldiers, family members, adults, and students. Amy specializes in Anxiety & Stress Management, Trauma & Crisis Management, Grief & Loss, and Career Development. She utilizes Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Breathing Exercises, and other Grounding and Coping Techniques. Amy has a passion to help individuals find their strengths and guide them in the direction of hope and optimism in order to lead to a path of positive change. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, cooking, hiking and exploring nature trails, listening to different genres of music, and spending time with her family.
