Amanda Long holds a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness with an Emphasis in Family Dynamics. Having a mom who has struggled with anxiety, depression, and OCD, Amanda has firsthand experience on the impact mental health disorders have on individuals and their loved ones. Amanda has been passionate about the mental health field since she was young, starting with her first peer counseling volunteer group at eleven years old. That flame never went out, as she continued to counsel through middle school, high school, and college. Amanda is a true empath that is here to listen, understand, care, and help individuals in their mental health journey. In her free time, she enjoys visiting National Parks, kickboxing, and being in nature with her family and dog, Milo.
