As a former graduate student from Kutztown University Counseling Program, Ali has first-hand knowledge on the effect of unresolved mental health issues can endure on daily living. Ali has worked with all ages and her expertise is related to working with individuals who have had difficulties with life’s stressors such as, dealing with relationships, & negative self-perceptions, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment issues, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity, and other concerns. Ali's involvement includes assisting individuals in developing and utilizing mental skills relating to re-framing, goal setting, positive self-talk, and visualization. Ali's therapeutic lens is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person/Client Centered, in which her clients are seen as the expert in their lives, while she assists and guides them through inner knowing, interpersonal changes and healing. Ali's goal is to guide individuals in working toward fulfilling their fullest potential, healing inner wounds, and regaining a new perspective on life. In her free time, she enjoys being in nature, spending time with her golden-doodle, and staying active.
