ABOUT Alexandria Waldner

Allie Waldner holds a Master of Science degree in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University. Allie’s love for psychology began at a young age when she noticed she was trying to psychoanalyze and understand everyone around her. Her personal and familial experience with anxiety, self confidence, family dynamics and trauma gave her that extra push to elevate her hobby into her mission of helping others. Allie has worked with clients of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and self-esteem/self-confidence issues. Allie uses a combination of a humanistic approach, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Motivational Interviewing (MI), in order to truly empathize with her clients and cater treatment plans around their wants and needs. In her free time, Allie enjoys spending time with her family somewhere outdoors, binging Netflix, or training for her next race.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change. - Carl Rogers
