Adriana Izquierdo is a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) who earned her degree from Southern Adventist University and is bilingual in English and Spanish. As a Latina, Adriana is familiar with the stigma surrounding mental health and has witnessed minorities suffer in silence due to this. She acknowledges that people are more than their trauma, and she strives to use her education to help equip others with tools to reach their goals. She specializes in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help her clients reach their full potential. Her passions include spending time with her family, outdoor activities, and traveling.
