Ada Leung holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Antioch University, Santa Barbara. Ada has more than 10 years of work experiences in mental health. She has counseling experiences with people suffering from a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She has worked in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles in California and Hong Kong, China. She has ample experiences in working with people from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Ada also has psychology research experiences at two top-tier universities in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research focus was on mindfulness techniques. She used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), positive thinking and mindfulness techniques with clients for improving their mental health and coping mechanisms. Ada is enthusiastic to use her education, counseling and research experiences to promote mental health wellness. Additionally, Ada is multilingual. She can speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
In her free time, Ada enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her family. She likes hiking, traveling, and watching movies.
